The site is provided by Palmate Solutions from Bengaluru, India. Content is for general information. It is not legal, tax, or investment advice.
Tools and estimators
JSON, JWT, CSV, timestamp, uptime, checklist, and cost/effort estimators are planning utilities. Effort and cost ranges are not quotations, SLAs, or guarantees of fitness. JWT decoding does not authenticate a token.
Sample case studies
Studies marked as samples describe architectures, not named customers or audited commercial results. Do not treat them as testimonials.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service. We may ignore abusive email.
Intellectual property
Site copy, design, and original articles are owned by Palmate Solutions unless a third-party licence applies (for example open-source libraries). You may not copy the site as a competing brochure. You may quote short passages with attribution.
Inquiries and contracts
Sending an email does not create a client relationship. Work starts when both parties agree a written scope. Source-code ownership for custom software is defined in that agreement.
Liability
The website and tools are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by the laws of India, Palmate is not liable for losses arising from reliance on articles, estimators, or decoded tokens. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of India have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.
